Born Slippy spins the eternal into motion — a bronze cherub joyfully careening down a twisting spiral slide. A nod to both classical putti and the looping absurdity of modern play, the work channels the philosophies of Nietzsche’s eternal recurrence and Deleuze’s concept of becoming. It’s a sculpture that doesn’t sit still — even in its stillness. A looping spiral of movement, youth, and surrender, it reminds us that freedom is often found in the slide, not the climb.
